Choose your integration method
NUWAY offers three ways to connect. They use the same AI workers, knowledge and plan.

Use the NUWAY API when
- You want NUWAY's AI workers to answer inside your own app, chat interface or support tool.
- You want to read conversations, leads or meetings into your CRM, database or reports.
- You want to manage training data from your own systems.

Use the WordPress plugin when
- Your website runs on WordPress and you want the NUWAY chat widget on it.
- You don't need to call the API from your site: the plugin only needs your Company ID.

Use n8n when
- You already automate work in n8n, or want to connect NUWAY to other tools without writing a backend.
- You want scheduled jobs, such as sending new leads to another system.

For example, use the WordPress plugin for your website chat and the API or n8n to send leads to your CRM.
