Getting started
Introduction
The NUWAY API lets your own systems work with your NUWAY AI workers directly. Everything it does is what your dashboard and website widget do: the same AI workers, the same knowledge, the same plan and the same billing.
You need an API key
Create, copy or regenerate it on the API Key page. The full key is shown only once, when it is created.
What you can do
- Chat with your AI workers from your app, website, CRM or backend: support answers, product questions, sales conversations and meeting booking.
- Read your conversations, leads, team members and meetings.
- Manage meetings: check a team member's free times and cancel meetings.
- Manage training data: upload documents and add, edit or delete FAQs. New content is trained automatically.
