1. About the Partner Program
The NUWAY Sales Partner Program allows approved individuals and businesses to promote NUWAY's AI Workforce solutions and earn commissions by referring paying customers.
By registering as a Sales Partner, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Partner Commission & Customer Discounts
- Partners earn 15% commission on eligible subscription payments made by their referred customers for up to 24 months from the customer's first paid subscription.
- Referred customers receive a 10% discount when using an eligible partner promotional code, subject to the applicable offer.
- Commissions are calculated on payments actually received by NUWAY, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and discounts.
- Commissions apply to eligible paid subscriptions, not free accounts.
- Commissions are paid monthly after verification of eligible payments.
- Partners are responsible for providing correct payment and tax information.
3. Referral Tracking
Each approved partner receives a unique referral link or promotional code.
Referrals must be properly tracked through NUWAY's system to qualify for commissions. Partners can monitor eligible referrals, customer subscriptions, and commissions through their partner dashboard.
NUWAY may review and correct tracking errors or fraudulent referrals.
4. Partner Responsibilities
Partners agree to:
- Promote NUWAY honestly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about NUWAY's services and pricing.
- Follow applicable advertising, privacy, and anti-spam laws.
- Disclose their commission relationship when recommending NUWAY.
- Avoid misleading claims, spam, fraudulent referrals, and unauthorized promotions.
- Protect NUWAY's reputation, trademarks, and confidential information.
Partners may not promise features, discounts, guarantees, or service commitments that NUWAY has not authorized.
5. Independent Partnership
Sales Partners operate as independent businesses or individuals.
Participation does not create an employment, franchise, agency, or joint venture relationship with NUWAY.
Partners cannot sign contracts, collect customer subscription payments on NUWAY's behalf, or legally represent NUWAY without written permission.
Partners are responsible for their own business expenses and taxes.
6. Customer Relationships
Referred customers subscribe directly to NUWAY and remain subject to NUWAY's general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
NUWAY is responsible for delivering its services, managing subscriptions, and providing customer support.
Partners do not receive unrestricted access to customer accounts, conversations, or confidential customer information.
7. Commission Eligibility & Payment
Commissions are earned only on verified, eligible customer payments.
No commission is paid on refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or unpaid transactions.
If a customer cancels their subscription, commissions stop when eligible paid subscription payments stop.
NUWAY may withhold disputed commissions while reasonably investigating the transaction and will provide the partner with the outcome.
8. Termination
Either party may end the partnership by providing written notice.
NUWAY may suspend or terminate a partnership immediately for fraud, serious misconduct, or material violations of these terms.
Partners remain entitled to valid commissions earned before termination.
For partnerships ending without partner misconduct, eligible referrals made before termination continue earning commissions for the remainder of their original 24-month eligibility period.
9. Program Changes
NUWAY may update the Partner Program, including commission rates, discounts, and program requirements, by providing at least 30 days' advance notice.
Changes will not reduce commissions already earned or alter agreed commission terms for existing eligible referrals without the partner's consent.
Continued participation after an applicable change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Confidentiality & Privacy
Partners must protect confidential business information and personal information received through the program.
Partners must comply with applicable privacy laws and NUWAY's Privacy Policy.
Partners must not misuse, sell, or disclose customer information without authorization.

11. Liability & Governing Law
Each party is responsible for its own actions and compliance with applicable laws.
NUWAY does not guarantee referral volume, customer conversions, or minimum commission earnings.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada.
12. Acceptance & Contact
By registering for the NUWAY Sales Partner Program and selecting "I Agree," you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
